Acceptance of Terms

Agent Mac is developed and operated by Olivium Software ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Agent Mac ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

Agent Mac is proprietary software. Upon purchase or download, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Mac computers that you own or control.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written permission.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use Agent Mac. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

API Keys & Third-Party Services

Agent Mac connects directly to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama, etc.) using API keys that you supply. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and managing your own API keys.
• Any costs incurred with your chosen AI provider.
• Complying with each provider's own terms of service and acceptable-use policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agent Mac to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Access, modify, or damage systems you do not have permission to use.
• Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Purchases & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. All purchases are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied, contact us at hi@agentmac.app within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

After the 14-day period, purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Agent Mac is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The AI agents can take actions on your Mac — you are responsible for supervising those actions and maintaining backups of important data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Agent Mac — including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or costs incurred with third-party AI providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Updates & Changes

We may update the app and these Terms at any time. Continued use of Agent Mac after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
